Minories

RED was been appointed to provide MEP consultancy services for this major mixed use development which includes the conversion and extension of an existing office building into a 340 key hotel, construction of new 300,000ft² office building and a residential development containing 87 private luxury apartments.

Combined services and a centralised CHP energy centre were used to save plant space and capital costs resulting in a highly energy efficient solution resolving complex Part L requirements. Individual buildings were designed to provide flexible energy efficient services to maximise the value of the development.
