RED provided the MEP and Services coordination inputs to the delivery and undertook building due diligence to enable solutions for implementation that would bring the units into compliance.

Production of the shell and core pack enabled the Client to engage with new retail entities with minimum risk to construction and fit out. This sort both commercial and program benefits to the delivery of the project.

RED provided a unique traffic light gap assessment between the as-built condition and the desired shell and core standard outlined by the Airport. This assessment was then re-instructed on the remainder of the portfolio.
