RED processes your personal data, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with RED’s privacy policy, which applies where we are the data controller. (References to “RED”, “we” and “our” is to the companies listed below in the List of Data Controllers.  Where the references are to a single entity, this will be made explicit.) Where we are processing on behalf of our clients, their privacy policy applies.

This privacy notice describes the types of personal information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit or use our website at https://www.red-eng.com/  (our “Website”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information as data controller.

Children Under The Age Of 18

Our Website is not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any information, personal or otherwise, to or on the Website Any processing by us of the data of children under 18 years of age, for example in the context of educational visits to our offices are covered by a separate children’s privacy policy.

We allow third parties through automated technologies to collect information related to the use of our websites for analytics purposesAt this moment, we do not have actual knowledge of any sale or sharing of personal information to third parties for their advertising purposes. If your browser is sending ”do not track” signals, we do not interact with them in any way.

In addition, we do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share the personal information of minors under 16 years of age.

The collection of geolocation data constitutes sensitive personal information.
