Marion Abascal

Marion is a Finance professional with over 20 years’ experience in various industries (Audit, Logistics, Healthcare) and environments (large corporations / SMEs).   

Prior to joining RED in 2022 as Finance Director, Marion was Regional Finance Director, EMEA, at Marken, the clinical subsidiary of UPS Healthcare. She has a broad financial background, including technical accounting, financial analysis and reporting, commercial finance and strategic planning, gained through her various roles in the UK at Marken over a decade, and in France with EY as Consultant in Financial Accounting Advisory Services and Geodis as Group Reporting Manager. 

In her capacity as Chief Financial Officer at RED, Marion is responsible for the management of the RED Group’s financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, risk management, accounting, treasury and optimisation of financial and business performance.  She controls, supports and provides advice and assistance to the operational staff and to the management teams across the various regions.
