With extensive senior management experience, Derek excels in various projects, encompassing design delivery, design management, and the construction delivery of complex infrastructure ventures. His expertise spans Data Centres, airports, Crossrail stations, major hospitals, stadia, leisure facilities, and high-rise commercial developments. Derek's strategic approach revolves around client management and interface, emphasizing the cultivation of relationships with key clients. 

As the Regional Director in the technology sector for EMEA, Derek takes charge of design management, design delivery, and key account management. His focus extends to ensuring technical excellence, meeting program timelines, fostering business development, and propelling growth within the sector.
