LinkedINCarolyn is the Human Resources Director for the RED’s global business area and reports hierarchically to the CEO of RED.
Over the past 14 years Carolyn has been an advisor to senior leaders across the business’ global portfolio, engaging and influencing senior stakeholders to make the right decisions, empowering and enabling teams in driving successful growth through implementation of exemplary business processes and in the acquisition, retention and development of our talent.
Carolyn also reports to the CHRO of Tractebel and is part of the Tractebel HR Community. Contributing to the implementation of HR strategy, employment law governance and policy, talent acquisition and talent development. Carolyn leads and mentors a team of 15 employees across the APAC and EMEA regions.
Over her working career, Carolyn has delivered success across several varied industries and functions in high-growth global enterprises.
