The award-winning Pears Building

RED is delighted to have provided commissioning agent services for UCL on the award-winning Pears Building which has won the Project of the Year (over £50m) in the Construction News Awards.

The Pears Building, located next to the Royal Free Hospital in Hampstead, is a biomedical research facility that will deliver ground-breaking discoveries and medical advances in immunity and transplantation.

It is a fantastic project and one that we are proud to have been involved with. The hard work and dedication of the full project team ensured that the project was delivered to a high standard and it’s great to see the project gaining industry acknowledgement with this award.
